Welcome to LMP Home. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LMP Home, a provider of high-quality tile and mosaic products shipped throughout the United States. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

LMP Home operates this website to offer you a curated shopping experience. By accessing any part of the site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration and Guest Checkout

When creating an account or placing an order, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including name, email, phone number, and shipping address. 3. Products and Appearance
We strive to display product images and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors, finishes, and materials may vary slightly due to screen differences or batch variation.
All products are sold "as is" with no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Sample Orders
Sample products are offered to help you evaluate color and finish before placing a full order. All sample purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Your order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by method and order size. We offer standard FedEx shipping and freight delivery options. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days but are not guaranteed.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and once the order has left our warehouse, risk of loss and title pass to you.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of new, unopened full-size products within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the refund.
Sample orders are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Installation Disclaimer
LMP Home is not responsible for product installation, improper handling, or misuse. You are solely responsible for confirming suitability and consulting with a licensed professional for proper installation. We disclaim liability for any damage or loss arising after product delivery.
9. Pricing and Billing
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout — is the property of LMP Home or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the site without written permission.
