Shipping Policy

At LMPhome, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable and efficient shipping services. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on how we handle and process your orders.

How shipping works

When you place an order, the shipping will be calculated with a live FedEx rate that is based on the weight of the shipment. We also offer a flat freight rate based on the total value of your purchase which can be viewed in the shipping part of checkout. In addition to the flat rate, you have the option to ship with FedEx Freight as well. All flat freight rates are done through World Wide Express and will be shipped with a variety of different carriers. For example, Old Dominion, Daylight Transport, Estes Express, etc. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. * subject to change weekends and holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Fedex Shipping: 2-7 business days after confirmation email *based on location* 
  • Freight  Shipping:  2-7 business days after confirmation email *based on location*

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is checked on a case-by-case basis as  there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


We do not offer pick-up options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and  determine the next best step.  For our returns, please view our Returns and Refunds Policy below for more information.

Return/Refund Policy

If you need to return an item, please review our return policy for instructions on how to proceed.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns after 30 days will be subject to store credit. You are responsible for shipping the material back to our warehouse.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
